We are looking for 4 experienced Test Automation Engineers to join agile development teams within a complex enterprise environment.
You will contribute to the development, maintenance, and optimization of automated testing solutions. You will play an active role in ensuring the quality of business-critical applications and in further improving the testing landscape.
Location: Brussels
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts
- Define test scenarios based on functional and non-functional requirements
- Perform API, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
- Report and document test results
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to improvements in quality, efficiency, and testing processes
- Work within Agile Scrum teams
Must-Have Experience
Test Automation
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Test Automation
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and test management
- Experience with Agile Testing and structured testing approaches
- Knowledge of ISTQB, TMap, STBox, or similar frameworks
- Experience with TDD, ATDD, BDD, Exploratory Testing, and Session-Based Testing

Development & DevOps
- Git / GitLab
- Maven
- TestNG or JUnit
- Java
- Object-oriented architecture
- SQL and test data management
- XPath and CSS Selectors
- Regular Expressions
- Basic knowledge of Angular in a testing context
- Experience documenting test results and requirements

- Can work independently within complex enterprise environments
- Think constructively alongside the client
- Take initiative and proactively suggest improvements
- Can work in both a structured and pragmatic manner
- Are quality-oriented and take ownership of their responsibilities
Languages
- Dutch or French – fluent
- Good command of English
- NL/FR bilingualism is a strong advantage

- Experience within the public sector
- Experience in large-scale Agile organizations
