As a Field Account Executive, you will be part of a team that is transforming the way restaurants operate. Using a consultative approach, you will prospect, build relationships, and sign up new restaurateurs in your local area.

responsibilities:
Generate lists of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle from initial outbound call/ walk in to close (experience with self-sourcing clients is a huge plus)Conduct demos and develop a solution that best meets the prospect’s needsPartner with teams across the business to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in deliveryLeverage Salesforce (our CRM) to manage all sales activitiesUnderstand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Lightspeed in the market#### What you will bring to the team:Fluency in both French and DutchExperience in prospecting and closing customers, restaurant operations, or a relatable field and industrySince this is a field position, you will be out and about on a daily basis in your territoryStrong communication, organisational and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levelsProven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goalsAbility to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and team environmentSelf-motivated, creative, and flexibleGeneral technical proficiency with softwareExperience with Salesforce CRM is a plusWhat’s in it for you?
