As an MEP Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in delivering major Data Centre projects, taking ownership of MEP cost and commercial management from tender through to final account. You'll work closely with international clients, contractors and project teams across technically complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage MEP cost and commercial activities across major construction projects.
• Develop cost estimates, cost plans and commercial strategies for MEP packages.
• Lead and support MEP tendering, including analysis, negotiation and reporting.
• Prepare valuations, cost reports and final accounts, ensuring accurate cost control.
• Manage variations, claims and commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide clear commercial advice and cost reporting to clients and project teams.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and key stakeholders.
• Support and mentor junior team members while taking ownership of your projects.

About You

• Have experience as an MEP Cost Manager, MEP Quantity Surveyor or Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor on large-scale construction projects.
• Ideally have experience in Data Centres, Pharma or Life Science projects.
• Have strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and/or process systems.
• Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Have experience across tendering, cost planning, valuations, variations, claims and final accounts.
• Are a strong communicator with excellent commercial and stakeholder management skills.
• Are based in or open to relocating to Farciennes, Belgium and already have the legal right to work in Belgium.
