WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst with solid experience in multicultural and cross-functional environments. You will join an innovative international project with an international organization.
Must-haves for this challenge:
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst at ServiceNow, specialising in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and IT Service Management (ITSM).
- At least 4 years’ experience with Jira, Confluence or ServiceNow and backlog management: epics and user stories.
- At least 3.5 years’ experience with diagramming, modelling and wireframing tools: Visio, Lucidchart, UML, BPMN, Axure, Balsamiq or Pencil.
- At least 3 years’ experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe and ITIL.
- At least 2 years’ experience with system-to-system integrations.
- Mandatory certifications: ServiceNow CIS – System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
- English C1/C2 level.
