For a major Belgian organization undergoing a large-scale data transformation, we are looking for an experienced Program Manager Data & Analytics to lead a strategic multi-year program focused on data platforms, governance and analytics capabilities.
Your role
As Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders within a broader Data & Analytics roadmap. You will:
- Define and steer the program vision, roadmap, priorities and budget
- Coordinate project managers across several workstreams
- Manage dependencies, risks, issues and change requests
- Facilitate steering committees and executive-level communication
- Drive data governance and data operating model initiatives
- Ensure successful delivery of data platforms, data products and analytics capabilities
- Support capacity planning, resource management and program governance
What we're looking for
20+ years of experience in Data & Analytics environments
5+ years of experience as a Program Manager managing medium to large-scale data programs
Proven experience with:
- Data Governance & Operating Models
- Data Catalog & Data Quality solutions
- Advanced Analytics initiatives
- Cloud-based Data Platforms (Azure ecosystem)
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience interacting with C-level executives
Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PM², PMBOK, PRINCE2 and/or Agile/Scrum
Experience in public-sector environments is considered a strong asset
