Enterprise Account Executive – Healthcare Freight Forwarding at UPS Supply Chain Solutions (UPS SCS).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage international healthcare customers together with the Enterprise Account Manager.
- Build new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical, biotech, med‑tech, and clinical trial sectors.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision makers and become a trusted partner to customers.
- Understand complex customer requirements around GDP compliance, temperature control, visibility, and security.
- Design and present tailored freight forwarding and healthcare logistics solutions.
- Prepare proposals, RFQs, and commercial offers to win new business.
- Grow and develop existing customer accounts across air, ocean, and road freight services.
- Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and account plans through UPS systems.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience or genuine interest in freight forwarding, healthcare logistics, supply chain, or temperature‑controlled transportation.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in Dutch and English required; French a plus.
- A proactive, self‑motivated approach with a passion for delivering results.
- Flexibility to adapt to customer and business needs.
