Your role
As a Proposal Engineer, you will play a central role in the development of technical offers while contributing to process engineering and occasionally supporting testing activities.
You will act as a key interface between commercial, technical and operational teams, ensuring that proposed solutions are robust, competitive and aligned with client expectations.
This hybrid position combines technical analysis, engineering calculations, coordination and client interaction, within an international and dynamic environment.
Your key responsibilities
- Analyze client technical specifications for complex industrial and energy projects
- Develop technical solutions in collaboration with internal experts (process, mechanical, E&I, etc.)
- Prepare and structure technical offers (equipment, systems, services)
- Define scope of supply and associated services
- Contribute to cost estimation in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers
- Ensure consistency, quality and competitiveness of proposals
- Interact with clients on technical aspects (written exchanges, clarification meetings)
Process Engineering (~20%)
- Perform engineering calculations (mass & energy balances, sizing, process design)
- Contribute to the definition and optimization of industrial processes
- Use internal calculation tools and methodologies
- Support the development of new technologies and applications (legacy & new solutions)
Test & Validation Activities (occasional)
- Support test campaigns in collaboration with internal and external test centers (CRM)
- Participate in the analysis and interpretation of test results
- Contribute to continuous improvement of products through testing feedback
Your team
You will join a multidisciplinary and collaborative team composed of:
- Process Engineers
- Internal and external testing partners
You will report directly to the Head of Process & Proposal and work closely with commercial teams to support business development.

Your profile
Experience & technical skills
- Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial or Civil – Electromechanics, Energy, Process, or similar)
- A first experience (0–3 years) in process, proposal, or industrial equipment engineering is a strong asset
- Good understanding of:
- Thermodynamics, heat transfer, or fluid systems
- Industrial processes and equipment
- Ability to perform and understand engineering calculations
