Based in Oostkamp, you work alongside your colleagues to streamline the entire workflow from initial quotation to invoicing and aftercare. You collaborate closely with Presales, Operations, and Finance. Technical inquiries are handled by our technical helpdesk, allowing you to focus entirely on administrative excellence. In practice, you'll:
* Customer communication: You professionally handle B2B customer inquiries about administrative topics via email, chat, and phone.
* Commercial support: In close collaboration with our presales team, you prepare accurate price quotes.
* Project administration: Orders for new projects are processed efficiently and followed up administratively together with the project managers.
* Invoicing: You ensure the accurate issuance and follow-up of invoices and purchase orders.
* Service & account management: Questions regarding subscriptions, cancellations, and changes are handled in a structured and solution-oriented manner.### What do you bring to the table?
* You communicate fluently in Dutch and English, and have at least a basic knowledge (notions) of French.
* In your day-to-day work, you operate in a structured, accurate, and solution-minded way.
* You bring proven experience in a customer-facing administrative role, preferably with good insight into purchasing and invoicing processes.
* With your calm and professional communication style, you build trust effortlessly with customers and colleagues alike.
* Learning new software and digital tools comes naturally to you — you quickly embrace AI and navigate effortlessly through our CRM system.
