Citymesh NV, a Belgian telecom operator, invites you to join its Customer Care team. You will be the primary contact for administrative inquiries across the Citymesh and edpnet portfolios, guiding customers by phone, email, and webchat.
The role focuses on support, subscription management, complaint handling, and cross-department collaboration. You'll work in a largely remote role with required in-office presence in Sint-Niklaas or Oostkamp during onboarding, sessions, and events.
