<div><p>As dynamic <b>Engineer Technician Manufacturing y</b>ou are the electro-technical support of production. Your focus is to NPI (<b>new product introduction</b>) and <b>repair</b>. Your purpose is alignment with R&D around problem escalation and root-cause investigation in case of technical issues. <h3>Your responsibilities:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Build and support prototype assemblies in manufacturing.</li>
<li>Load software/firmware, start-up and test the first prototype units.</li>
<li>Debug and repair during prototype phase.</li>
<li>Act as first line support towards production repair team.</li>
<li>Support the PQM analysis.</li>
<li>Fall-off analysis to identify areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Prepare documentation, configuration and instructions in electro-technical field.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the R&D team to resolve issues.</li>
<li>Report to the NPI & Industrialization supervisor.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experienced Bachelor’s or recent master’s degree in Electronics.</li>
<li>Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings</li>
<li>Ability to troubleshoot and repair</li>
<li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and quality standards.</li>
<li>Fluent in <b>Dutch and English</b></li>
