Imec's AttoLab seeks a motivated Master intern to design-aware nanophotonic substrates for surface-enhanced, ultrafast spectroscopy of EUV photoresists. You will design and simulate nanostructured arrays that support LSPR to boost IR signals, using finite element or FDTD methods and valid material data.
The role combines 80% modeling/simulation, 10% data analysis, and 10% literature, with close collaboration across lithography, materials chemistry, and ultrafast optical science.
