Ansell is looking for a Executive Assistant CFO & CEO Office to join our team in the Brussels, Belgium

Ansell is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Finance Officer and VP Finance while working closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO. Based in Brussels, this role will manage complex executive calendars and global travel, coordinate leadership meetings and events, and ensure the smooth delivery of key business priorities. The successful candidate will bring exceptional organization, discretion, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to anticipating leadership needs within a fast-paced, global environment. Approximately 30% of the role will be dedicated to supporting the CEO Office, providing significant exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional initiatives

What your role will be

  • Partner with the CFO and VP Finance to coordinate complex global travel arrangements for senior leadership, ensuring seamless execution through proactive planning.
  • Manage highly dynamic executive calendars, prioritizing competing demands, optimizing time allocation, and coordinating high-stakes internal and external engagements across multiple time zones.
  • Partner closely with the Supply organization to coordinate cross-functional meetings, facilitate alignment on key initiatives, and support the development of joint presentations, communications, and bi-monthly town halls.
  • Manage the end-to-end administration of the Finance employee recognition and awards program, including nomination and voting processes, participation tracking, communications, and the creation of award certificates and recognition materials.
  • Work as an integral member of the Executive Support team, providing approximately 30% support to the CEO Office in partnership with the CEO’s Executive Assistant to ensure continuity, coordination, and effective management of executive priorities.
  • Coordinate logistics, meeting materials, and catering for Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors meetings.
  • Exercise sound judgment, discretion, and initiative in anticipating leadership needs, ensuring smooth operations and enabling executives to focus on strategic priorities.
  • Foster strong teamwork and collaboration with executive service administrators across divisions and global hubs to deliver a high level of service and achieve business objectives.
  • Reconcile and prepare executive expense documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and internal controls.

What will you bring

Education

  • Degree preferred or equivalent experience in a corporate environment

Job Experience

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior or executive leaders within a global organization.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-performance, and highly confidential environments.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
  • Executive presence and confidence interacting with senior leaders and external partners.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and customer-focused approach.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); SAP and SharePoint experience is an advantage.
  • Experience coordinating executive meetings, events, and off-site activities, including logistics and budget management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
  • Ability to manage complex schedules, changing priorities, and organizational change
