We are looking for a talented Data Modeler to join an international team and play a key role in developing and maintaining a consistent, scalable, and high-quality enterprise data model within a modern Unified Data Platform.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data product teams, and architects to design logical and physical data models that support the organization's ambition to become a truly data-driven enterprise. You will contribute to data modeling standards, governance, and best practices while ensuring data models remain accurate, reusable, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the evolution and lifecycle management of the enterprise data model.
  • Design, develop, and maintain logical and physical data models.
  • Define and promote data modeling standards, guidelines, templates, and best practices.
  • Support data product teams in designing scalable, high-quality data models.
  • Translate business concepts and source systems into standardized data structures.
  • Review and integrate model changes while ensuring consistency, quality, and governance.
  • Ensure alignment between the enterprise data model, business glossary, and data governance framework.
  • Measure and monitor the adoption and business impact of the enterprise data model.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve data modeling practices.
