Sales Representative in Logistics (M,F,X)
Company Description:
TLS EXPRESS is a dynamic company specializied in transport and logistics, strategically located near Liège Airport.
Main Responsibilities
- Client Portfolio Development: Identify and prospect potential new clients.
- Client Retention: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by offering solutions tailored to their needs.
- Sales Negotiation: Develop competitive commercial proposals and lead negotiations through to contract finalization.
- Quotation Preparation: Prepare and draft commercial offers and price quotations for clients based on their needs.
- Performance Monitoring: Track performance indicators and achieve set sales targets.
- Strategic Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt our commercial offerings accordingly.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (minimum Associate’s degree).
- Experience: At least 2 years of successful experience in a similar role, ideally in the logistics sector.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- EN/FR/NL. CN is an asset
- Proficiency in sales techniques and prospecting.
- Strong understanding of logistics solutions and supply chain management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Personal Qualities:
- Dynamic and proactive.
- Customer-oriented with a strong service ethic.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Analytical and synthesizing mindset.
- Contract Type: Full-time, permanent.
- Compensation: Attractive base salary complemented by sales commissions.

- Location: Liège Airport, with frequent travel expected.
