Would you like to help build the energy infrastructure of tomorrow? For a consultancy assignment with a leading player in the Belgian energy sector, we are looking for a Project Lead Cables. In this role, you will contribute to high-voltage projects and support the development and expansion of a reliable, sustainable, and future-oriented energy network.
You will be involved in complex infrastructure projects related to cable connections within the high-voltage grid, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and various stakeholders. Depending on your experience, you will either manage projects independently or receive guidance from experienced colleagues.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage projects from A to Z, from definition and study phases through execution and administrative closure.
- Contribute to technical studies and ensure their proper follow-up.
- Perform technical calculations and monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Prepare tender dossiers and participate in procurement processes.
- Coordinate on-site construction activities and manage contractors and suppliers.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Report on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Contribute to infrastructure projects within high-voltage networks ranging from 36 kV to 380 kV.
Profile
- You hold a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- You have a strong interest in energy infrastructure and technical projects.
- You are fluent in French and have a good knowledge of Dutch.
- You are well-organized and enjoy taking responsibility.
- You are customer-oriented and possess the assertiveness required to successfully drive projects forward.
- You work effectively in a team environment and have a solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience with infrastructure, energy, or high-voltage projects is considered a strong asset.
