Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director, Strategic Capacity Planning to lead the clinical manufacturing network's long-range capacity planning. You will partner with senior leaders to align demand, supply, and portfolio milestones across internal pilot plants and CMOs.
The role requires 8+ years in strategic planning within pharma/biotech, with strong analytics, forecasting, and scenario modelling skills. A hybrid on-site/remote work setup and global collaboration are expected.
