Job Description
A UX Consultant Designer / Digital Product Designer sees digital products through the eyes of the user, applying UX methodologies, research insights, and design principles to create intuitive, engaging, and meaningful experiences.
Your day-to-day includes facilitating workshops, developing wireframes and prototypes, conducting user interviews and usability tests, and translating insights into actionable design solutions. You’ll collaborate with analysts, developers, and product owners to ensure your solutions are feasible, consistent, and experience-led. Curiosity, flexibility, and a passion for continuous learning—especially around new technologies such as AI—will help you succeed in this role.
Qualifications
- Figma or similar tools
- Workshop facilitation
- Understanding of business processes & functional analysis
- Interest or experience in AI-supported design workflows
- HTML/CSS: basic knowledge is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant equivalent
- Languages: English and Dutch
- Consultancy mindset: able to build relationships & embed within client teams
