About The Cotton Group

The Cotton Group SA/NV is the powerhouse behind some of Europe’s most trusted names in blank apparel and textile distribution, including B&C and Falk&Ross. On paper, we are a holding company. In practice, we are a team fully invested in growth and transformation. Our mission is to build an international textile ecosystem that spans supply chain, sustainability, digital infrastructure and innovation. Each of our companies thrives independently while drawing strength from the collective, for an industry that empowers brands and their partners to succeed.

With a strong international network, modern logistics, and a dedicated team, we are shaping the future of the textile industry.

The Role

As PIM Programme Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of the Atamya to Akeneo migration, including programme planning, partner management, data remediation, integration dependencies, testing, cutover and go-live.

You will work closely with the executive sponsor, commercial and brand stakeholders, IT, data teams and the implementation partner to establish a clear delivery plan and drive the programme against a fixed timeline.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and own the detailed PIM migration plan from Atamya to Akeneo, milestones, and critical path from kickoff to go-live
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with the implementation partner, holding them accountable to scope and timeline
  • Set up and coordinate the internal delivery team: data migration/cleansing analysts, the internal PIM data lead, and any integration/technical resource
  • Own risk and dependency tracking across integration points (ERP, CRM, email platform, webshop)
  • Structure and lead a regular steering cadence
  • Oversee the data remediation workstream given known data quality issues in the legacy system
  • Plan and manage UAT, cutover, and go-live (including any phased rollout by brand or SKU priority)
  • Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer so the permanent internal team can operate Akeneo independently post go-live

Experience & requirements

  • Demonstrated track record delivering PIM implementations or migrations (Akeneo strongly preferred; equivalent platforms such as Salsify, inRiver, or Riversand considered)
  • Experience running programs involving external systems integrators/implementation partners
  • Background in B2B wholesale, apparel, or multi-brand product environments at meaningful SKU scale
  • Experience with data migration and remediation projects, not just "clean" implementations
  • Strong stakeholder management — comfortable working directly with a C-suite sponsor as well as commercial, IT, and brand teams
  • Working familiarity with the surrounding systems landscape (ERP, CRM, e-commerce platforms) sufficient to manage integration risk, even without being the hands-on technical resource
  • Comfortable operating with a lean internal team and prioritizing ruthlessly against a fixed timeline

This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in a high-impact digital transformation programme, with significant ownership and visibility across the organisation.

You will have the opportunity to shape not only the migration to Akeneo, but also the future product information capability and operating model of The Cotton Group.
