We are seeking an MEP Construction Manager to support a data centre project in Belgium.

Support site safety management in coordination with the Safety Advisor, including setup, maintenance, and close-out of the project safety file.
Manage site quality assurance in coordination with the Mechanical Package Manager, including documentation setup and close-out.
Support project planning and scheduling in alignment with other trades, package leads, consultants, and client requirements.
Assist in managing package costs, including labour, subcontractors, materials, plant, variations, and valuations.
Oversee day-to-day site operations across assigned works.
Manage subcontractor activities, including progress tracking, manpower levels, and weekly coordination meetings.
Ensure weekly snagging and punch lists are issued, tracked, and closed out appropriately.
Submit direct labour and subcontractor hours to the time administrator for central tracking.
Attend site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, coordination meetings, and handover meetings.
Support project close-out, including O&M manuals, punch lists, safety files, QA documentation, and handover requirements.
Implement weekly look-ahead planning to ensure coordination between trades.
Produce weekly progress reports, including progress against WBS codes, risks, delays, and key issues.
Track and coordinate material deliveries in line with the project schedule.
Perform any other duties required to support successful project delivery.
