Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is looking for a Senior Track Lead to support the implementation of a strategic Energy Management System (EMS). This role acts as the primary link between business interests and technical delivery, ensuring the functional consistency of a large-scale SaaS solution throughout its lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Represent business interests and maintain the functional vision of the solution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Define, document, and validate business requirements while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate collaboration between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external software vendors.
  • Lead Business Acceptance Testing (BAT/UAT) and coordinate user validation activities.
  • Provide operational guidance and work prioritization for the dedicated business and analysis team.
  • Ensure complete traceability between tender specifications, supplier proposals, and delivered functionalities.
  • Facilitate business workshops and support functional decision-making across multiple stakeholder groups.

Requirements

  • You have 10+ years of experience with implementing or evolving enterprise Energy Management Systems (EMS) or comparable SaaS platforms.
  • You bring 10+ years of expertise in energy monitoring and management for large-scale building portfolios.
  • You possess 5+ years of experience as a Business Track Lead or in a similar coordination role.
  • You have 5+ years of experience within a Distribution Grid Operator (DGO) or the energy utility sector.
  • You have proven experience with public procurement processes and the Request for Proposal (RFP) lifecycle.
  • You bring experience with SaaS solution configuration and managing integration constraints.
  • You possess knowledge of energy optimization, IPMVP standards, and large real estate portfolio management.
  • You have experience with energy purchase, invoice verification, and Scrum methodologies.
  • You're an experienced leader capable of coordinating Business Process Analysts and Test Managers.
  • You are fluent in English and French or Dutch, with active knowledge of the other national language.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with energy optimization projects.
  • Proficiency in using Jira.
