Set up and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Schedule and monitor the key stages of the methodology.
Ensure the proper application of the Scrum methodology and help the project team overcome obstacles.
Support the Product Owner with Product Backlog management.
Support the team in delivering the Definition of Done and Sprint Backlog.
Track team capacity and velocity for planning and progress monitoring.
Coach and challenge the project team.
Promote the team’s gradual self-organisation.
Remove barriers to team effectiveness and protect the team from external distractions.
Promote Agile methods across the organisation.
Report on the proper implementation of the Scrum methodology within projects.
Manage risks and issues.
Coach business lines and stakeholders on effective collaboration with the team.

Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies and techniques, including Scrum and Kanban, is required.
Knowledge of Agile reporting and tracking tools, such as Jira, is required.
An understanding of automated unit testing, automated functional testing, and continuous integration tooling is required.
Sound knowledge of software development methodologies is required.
Sound knowledge of project management methodologies is required.
French and/or Dutch proficiency
English proficiency
