Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain project governance by defining stakeholders, steering committees, and communication frameworks.

- Monitor development progress and report regularly on scope, quality, and financial performance to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively through structured action plans and issue logs.
- Stimulate collaboration between multidisciplinary teams to ensure high engagement and skill development.
