<div><h3>Senior Cyber Security Auditor & Red Team (ENG)</h3><p>As <b>a Senior Cyber Security Auditor & Red Team, </b>you are the expert who helps organisations strengthen their digital security. You work closely with clients to identify risks, develop security solutions, and prevent and manage incidents. Your expertise and analytical skills ensure that our clients’ digital resilience remains at the highest level. You are also flexible enough to adapt to the needs of a project or client and are willing to help where you can based on your experience and capabilities.</p><p>Department: <b>Team Cyber Security</b></p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Assessing and analysing clients’ current IT security structures and proposing improvements.</li><li>Performing risk assessments and developing customised security strategies.</li><li>Advising on and implementing security solutions, such as firewalls, antivirus software, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), SIEM, etc.</li><li>Providing support in drawing up and complying with security policies and procedures.</li><li>Staying up to date with the latest developments in cybersecurity and proactively proposing adjustments based on new threats and technologies.</li><li>Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and transferring knowledge to colleagues and customers.</li><li>Preparing detailed reports and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul><h3><b>Who are we looking for?</b></h3><h3><b>You have the following technical skills</b></h3><ul><li>At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, for example as a security consultant, penetration tester or similar position.</li><li>Demonstrable experience with cyber security audits, including performing vulnerability analyses.</li><li>Strong knowledge of network security, endpoint security, and cyber threat management.</li><li>Experience with penetration testing tools and vulnerability analyses.</li><li>Knowledge of regulations such as GDPR, ISO27001 and NIS2 is an advantage.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Good communication skills and the ability to make complex technical information accessible to a wide audience.</li><li>Certifications such as SANS Certifications, OSCP, CISSP, CISM or similar are a plus.</li></ul><h3>You have the following soft skills</h3><ul><li>You have excellent communication skills in English and Dutch or French</li><li>You can explain technical topics to different types of audiences</li><li>You are customer-oriented</li><li>You are a team player</li><li>You work efficiently under pressure</li><li>You are flexible and have a proactive mindset</li></ul><h3>What do we offer?</h3><ul><li>You are a key figure in projects for leading Belgian companies</li><li>You will work in a high-tech environment with a focus on knowledge and innovation</li><li>Your knowledge will remain up to date thanks to workshops, conferences and training courses, and you will be supported in obtaining certificates</li><li>A healthy work-life balance</li><li>You can help shape your career</li><li>Your colleagues are down to earth, have a no-nonsense approach to work and there is room for initiative</li><li>You can participate in fun business and team-building activities</li><li>You will enjoy benefits such as a company car, laptop, telephone allowance, compensation for working from home, etc.</li></ul></div>
