- Own opportunities from first contact, closing, repeat business
- Build a strong network (architects, contractors, installers)
- Turn projects into structured, repeatable flows
- Keep a clean and up-to-date pipeline in CRM
- Communicate clearly (internally and externally)
- Improve how we sell (follow-up, conversion, positioning)
