What you will do
You will join the Business Solutions department within the Build & Transform team, responsible for analysing, preparing and executing IT projects. The department develops and maintains a range of internal IT solutions including SAP, document management systems, and other business applications.
Your main focus will be the EXODUS project, working on three key areas: WCM, social security reporting, and maintenance orders. In parallel, you will manage the migration from Documentum to OpenText, ensuring that the SAP integration continues to work seamlessly.
Your responsibilities include:
- Analyse business requirements with key users and translate them into functional and technical specifications
- Design and develop SAP solutions using ABAP object-oriented programming: BAdI, user exits, enhancement framework, ALV, Adobe Forms and Smartforms
- Design, adapt and maintain SAP Business Workflow solutions
- Develop and ensure reliability of interfaces (RFC, BAPI, IDoc, web services), including exchanges with external organisations such as social security institutions
- Develop applications and adaptations for maintenance orders (SAP PM): Webdynpro ABAP, POWL, Fiori
- Replace the SAP-Documentum bridge with SAP-OpenText: inventory existing integrations (content repositories, document types, ArchiveLink connections, GOS attachments, specific developments calling Documentum); configure new OpenText repositories in SAP and adapt document types and links; adapt or replace specific developments that depend on Documentum; ensure the migration of links between SAP objects and migrated documents, in coordination with the OpenText migration team; organise non-regression testing (consultation, archiving, workflows) and prepare the cutover
- Adapt roles and authorisation objects related to the developments
- Favour standard functionality and limit custom code, with a view to the future migration to SAP S/4HANA
- Write test scenarios, prepare test data and support user acceptance testing
- Document deliverables and transfer knowledge to the Run team
You will work closely with the project manager, business teams, the OpenText team and internal IT teams.
