  • A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related scientific or engineering discipline (such as computer science/engineering, information systems, physics, electronics, etc.) and 3 years post-related experience OR exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate's particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCIA, that is, at least 10 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to those in this Statement of Work ;
  • Recent experience as a Project Manager for a large organization-focused on the delivery of C4ISR capabilities within the defence sector;
  • At least 2 years direct experience with NATO or a National Ministry of Defense in the delivery of military, CIS, or IT capabilities.
  • Experience leading teams of 3-5 personnel;
  • Experience in the management of Cyber Security or ICT projects;
  • Experience working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements .

Duties/role:

  • Managing NSIP projects and, in particular, implementing major procurement projects in the area of Cyber Security;
  • Identifying, planning, requesting, and managing the deployment of resources to meet project milestones and initiating corrective actions when necessary;
  • Defining, executing, and ensuring the satisfactory completion of projects, including preparing and submitting project proposals and contributing to source selections according to the defined procurement strategy.
