You're the technical force behind our customers: support, demos, tests and training.
Customers don't just call for a price. They want to know if their application will work, how to connect a gripper or why the cobot shows an error. You figure it out and help them move forward.
In our demo room in Ieper you test customer applications and build demos. You also train customers who have just bought a cobot.
What you'll do
- Give technical support to customers by email, phone and WhatsApp
- Build and run demos in the demo room
- Test customer applications before they buy
- Give training to customers
- Work out the technical side of quotations: which cobot, gripper and accessories
Who you are
- You have a technical background, for example in electromechanics, automation or mechatronics
- You like finding out how things work and solve problems step by step
- Experience with robots, PLCs or programming is a plus. The rest you learn with us
- You explain technical things clearly, also to people who aren't engineers
Languages
- English: required
- Dutch: preferred
- French: a plus, not required
- German: a plus, not required
