A fast-growing biotech company is developing, producing and commercialising CE-IVD diagnostic solutions across pharmacogenetics and newborn screening.

As part of continued international growth, the company is looking to appoint a Channel Sales Manager to develop and expand its distributor network, with a particular focus on Asia.

This is a highly international commercial role for someone who enjoys building strong distributor partnerships, developing new markets and creating new business opportunities.

The role will include:

  • Managing and developing a network of distributors across assigned international territories, with a particular focus on Asia
  • Identifying and developing new distributors and commercial opportunities within new markets
  • Building long-term strategic relationships with distributors, laboratories, KOLs and other key stakeholders
  • Driving sales growth across a portfolio of diagnostic solutions, particularly within Newborn Screening
  • Providing distributor training, scientific presentations and ongoing commercial support
  • Visiting customers, distributors and key stakeholders across international markets
  • Attending relevant industry events and conferences to develop relationships and identify new opportunities

What we're looking for

We're looking for an experienced Channel Sales / Indirect Sales professional with a strong track record of managing distributors and developing international markets.

The ideal candidate will have experience within biotech, diagnostics, life sciences, medical devices or a related scientific environment, combined with strong commercial and business development experience.

You should have:

  • 7+ years' experience managing distributors or indirect sales channels
  • Proven experience in international business development and distributor management
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and develop new opportunities
  • Experience building and managing long-term customer and distributor relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Location

The role is based at the company's headquarters in Liège, Belgium, with flexibility around working arrangements and significant international travel across Asia.
