Role overview
We are looking for an experienced Adoption & Change Management Consultant to drive the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-powered Agents. You will deliver engaging training, support AI change initiatives, empower internal champions, and help embed new ways of working to achieve sustained adoption and business value.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver adoption materials, training sessions and office hours for Microsoft 365 Copilot and related tools.
- Support Agent Champions and Agent Lab communities to drive sustained AI adoption.
- Develop persona-based scenarios and support solution rollout.
- Execute communication, engagement and change management plans.
- Monitor adoption metrics, gather user feedback and recommend improvements.
- Coach customer-side change agents and champions.
- Contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning and solution demonstrations.
Essential skills and experience
- Adoption & Change Management: Proven experience delivering change and adoption programmes within customer organisations.
- Microsoft 365 Copilot: Practical knowledge of Copilot, Microsoft 365 tools and AI adoption.
- AI Culture Change: Ability to encourage AI adoption and embed new ways of working.
- Training & Engagement: Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions and office hours.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to coach champions, engage stakeholders and build adoption communities.
- Adoption Measurement: Experience tracking adoption metrics, gathering feedback and identifying improvements.
- Digital Transformation: Understanding of transformation roadmaps, target operating models and associated risks.
Preferred skills and experience
- PROSCI certification or equivalent recognised change management qualification.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Agent development or adoption.
- Experience establishing and managing champion networks or communities of practice.
- Knowledge of agile delivery, including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
- Experience delivering solution demonstrations and persona-based use cases.
