The Account Manager - Mobility Sector will have the following responsibilities :
- Sign and manage contracts with partners, ensuring quality, compliance and pricing terms.
- Manage customer feedback relating to service quality
- Analytics including: action plans, number analysis, profitability & follow-up (margins, costs, volumes, etc).
- Ensure the profitability of each partnership & ensure a positive experience.
