The Position
You will lead the BRM OT team, structuring and guiding the Operational Technology discipline. Your role involves managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring alignment with technological standards.

Your Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with client and partner departments.
- Identify, analyze, and challenge needs; structure them into initiatives.
- Lead the short/mid/long-term OT roadmap.
- Ensure alignment with I-ICT standards and cybersecurity requirements.
- Measure satisfaction and adjust objectives as necessary.
- Structure collaboration with other BRM and I-ICT teams.
- Define governance mechanisms and consolidate results.
- Motivate, coach, and develop the team.
