COLOC HOUSING IS LOOKING FOR A COMMUNITY FACILITATOR FOR BRUSSELS, LEUVEN & LIÈGE
Are you social, independent, and someone who enjoys a lot of variety in your job?
At Coloc Housing, we create beautifully designed shared-living homes where people can genuinely feel at home, connect with others and enjoy a better shared-living experience. We are a fast-growing startup with ambitious plans for the future.
As a coloc community facilitator, you are the person who:
- Welcomes and onboards new tenants
- Organizes viewings and follow-ups with prospective tenants
- Helps turn a house into a real home for the tenants
- Follows up on small practical and maintenance related issues
- Keeps contact with tenants, suppliers and technicians
- Occasionally organizes community events such as BBQ's, Coloc Cafés and other activities.
- Helps strengthen and grow the community within the houses
Who are we looking for?
- A real people person
- Flexible and proactive
- Someone who sees work and is not afraid to take initiative
- Able to work independently and manage their own schedule
- French and English at minimum B2 level
- Someone who enjoys responsibility and autonomy
- Ideally based in or near Brussels, Leuven or Liège
- Experience in hospitality, real estate, community management, or customer experience is a plus, but not required
- Open to learning practical and technical aspects of managing houses
