The role involves driving change management for strategic initiatives, working closely with Operations and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and integration of new processes.

Your Responsibilities
- Assess change management needs during project intake.
- Develop integrated change strategies and plans.
- Translate initiatives into practical change interventions.
- Act as a liaison between Operations and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute communication plans.
- Define and monitor adoption objectives and KPIs.
