Sales Manager - Corporate | MICE | Leisure | Airline M/V/X

Ready to hunt, win and grow?
We're looking for a driven Sales Manager who loves opening new doors, building strong client relationships and closing deals. This is a true business development role. Your mission is simple: generate new business across our Corporate, MICE, Leisure and Airline segments and help position Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport as the preferred hotel in the market.
What you'll do
- Hunt for new business opportunities and build your own client portfolio.
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements.
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline using our CRM.
- Identify market trends and new business opportunities.
- Work closely with our commercial and operational teams to deliver outstanding guest
Who you are
- A natural hunter with a passion for sales.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hotel Management/Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Experienced in business development: hospitality experience is a strong advantage.
- Confident negotiator with a results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working with a CRM and sales targets.
- Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
- Flexible to meet clients and attend events outside standard office hours when required.
