Supply Chain Outbound Specialist

To strengthen our Supply Chain team, Tom&Co is looking for a dynamic, versatile, and communicative colleague with a strong analytical mindset (excellent Excel skills) and a clear sense of priorities. On a daily basis, you will support the logistics team in managing distribution operations to stores, monitoring logistics partners, and participating in various continuous improvement projects.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operational Follow-up: Oversee daily Outbound logistics operations and serve as the main point of contact for store distribution queries and issues.
• Support: Assist stores and internal departments in resolving operational challenges related to deliveries, transport, and distribution.
• Volume Analysis: Track and analyze store logistics volumes in collaboration with the Inbound team (especially promotional volumes) to anticipate needs and provide clear visibility to our logistics providers.
• Anomaly Management: Identify, analyze, and help resolve discrepancies in store orders.
• Planning & Coordination: Manage and monitor various logistics schedules, coordinating actions between logistics service providers, stores, and internal teams.
• Reporting & KPIs: Consolidate and analyze logistics data to populate dashboards and reports, delivering clear visibility into Outbound performance.
• Data Management & Store Openings: Create and maintain master data in systems for new store openings, and coordinate logistics setup in collaboration with the warehouse, transport team, and internal stakeholders.
• Inventory Control: Participate in inventory tracking and operational warehouse audits.
• Continuous Improvement: Support the Supply Chain team with various analyses and continuous improvement initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience / Education: You have 2 to 3 years of experience in a logistics administration role or equivalent educational background.
• Language Skills: Fluent in French or Dutch, with the basics in the other national language and business-level English (FR/NL + English).
• Technical Skills: Proficient with IT tools (Microsoft Office, ERP systems, etc.). Advanced command of Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables).
• Soft Skills & Attributes:
