Telecom Infrastructure Program Officer / PMO
We are looking for an experienced Program Officer / PMO Specialist with a strong background in telecommunications infrastructure, network migration and transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support program governance and coordination.
- Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies and deliverables.
- Coordinate stakeholders across technical and operational teams.
- Prepare KPI dashboards, progress reports and management updates.
- Track actions, decisions and escalations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Support process standardization, optimization and automation.
- Ensure alignment between program objectives and operational execution.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Proven experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Experience in telecom infrastructure, network migration or transformation projects.
- Strong experience in program coordination, PMO or project governance.
- Experience in KPI reporting, risk management and progress monitoring.
- Strong analytical and process improvement skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and priorities.
- Structured, proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Professional proficiency in Dutch, French and English.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure programs.
- Knowledge of network deployment and modernization.
- Experience in process optimization and automation.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
