Your Role
- Analyze and challenge business requirements to ensure they deliver maximum value.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for project teams, software vendors, and external partners.
- Support and validate solution delivery throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and help drive a more data-driven organization.
- Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across business and IT domains.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience within a bank, insurance company, or other financial institution.
- Experience implementing or rolling out software packages.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to maintain a broad business perspective.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- KYC / AML experience.
- Salesforce knowledge or experience.
- Immediate start
