Participate in ERP implementation projects in the hospital environment
Lead the implementation and rollout of Finance & Logistics ERP solutions
Manage and coordinate projects
Organize and lead meetings with customers and internal teams
Monitor and steer projects according to scope, schedule, and contractual commitments
Maintain regular communication with the customer’s project manager
Participate in bimonthly steering committees with the department head
Monitor budgets
Identify and manage project risks in a timely manner
Prepare reports and delivery documentation
Coordinate development, support, and commercial teams throughout the project
Ensure internal follow-up and monitor progress
Act as the customer’s point of contact and contribute to customer satisfaction
Develop the functional components of specifications
Guide and support customers through the change process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Initial experience in IT project management is preferred; project monitoring experience is more important than technical expertise
- Strong interest in ERP Finance & Logistics and the healthcare sector
- Fluency in French and Dutch is required
- English is an advantage
- Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Customer-focused, with a strong service mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Category B driving licence
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites
- Prince2, PMP, Agile Scrum, or ITIL certification is an additional advantage
