More About The Role

Burson Brussels is looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative and commercially minded communications professional with a passion for corporate communications, brand, public affairs and reputation.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the Belgian ecosystem and a keen interest in politics, policy and decision‑making at both federal and regional levels. You will join an integrated team of advocacy and communications specialists, supporting a diverse portfolio of high‑profile clients across the Belgian market.

As part of our Brussels team, you will play a key role in developing and delivering innovative, integrated corporate communications and public affairs strategies. You will lead account teams, advise clients on complex issues, and help shape campaigns that respond to some of the most pressing economic, social, political and sustainability challenges facing businesses and institutions today.

This is an opportunity to work in a highly dynamic, international and intellectually stimulating environment, partnering with leading corporations and institutions on work that has real impact.

We are looking for someone who is ready to go the extra mile for clients and colleagues, is comfortable managing multiple projects at pace, and enjoys working as part of an international, collaborative team. You will bring strong communication instincts, curiosity about complex issues, and the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and audiences.

A proactive mindset is essential, including an openness to leveraging AI and emerging tools to drive value for clients. Your ability to learn independently, make thoughtful assessments and provide sound counsel will be just as important as your experience to date.

If you are excited by the opportunity to work across corporate communications, brand and public affairs in the Belgian market, and want to be part of an ambitious, integrated Brussels team, we would love to hear from you.
