Intuitive is seeking a Customer Success Program Manager to guide healthcare customers toward ongoing operational success. You will oversee onboarding, educate on best practices, and help customers become self-sufficient using Intuitive’s digital tools and resources.
You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Field Services to align efforts, monitor outcomes, and ensure long-term improvements in hospital performance. Occasional travel may be required.
