Aikido Security is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our SMB sales team across EMEA. You"ll coach Account Executives, close deals alongside the team, and raise performance standards in a fast-growing environment.
The role is based in Ghent or London, with the freedom to shape go-to-market execution, optimize sales processes, and drive revenue growth. We value ownership, rapid iteration, and teamwork in a startup setting.
