Automation & RPA developer (Copilot Studio / UiPath)

You know your way around RPA tools and you get a kick out of automating a clunky manual process into something that just works. Copilot Studio and UiPath aren't buzzwords to you, they're tools you've actually built things with. What will you be doing?

You design, build and maintain RPA solutions for our customers, mainly using Copilot Studio and UiPath, turning repetitive manual work into reliable automation.

• Analyse customer processes together with the business and translate them into automation opportunities
• Build, test and maintain bots and flows in UiPath and Copilot Studio
• Visit customers across West and East Flanders to gather requirements and support what you've built
• Work closely with colleagues from the wider automation practice, sharing what you learn along the way
• Keep an eye on where RPA and AI-driven automation are heading, and bring new ideas to the team

Is there a match?

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development
• Practical experience with Copilot Studio and UiPath
• Excellent English, spoken and written. Dutch or French is a plus.
• A customer-facing mindset. You're comfortable in front of a client, not just behind a screen
• Curiosity and the drive to keep learning as automation tooling evolves
