Can you turn complex IT operating-model questions into clear architectural solutions and practical roadmaps? Are you comfortable aligning technical and organisational stakeholders across a broad IT function? Join a large retail organisation to help shape the capabilities and processes that underpin its IT services.
We are looking for an IT Operating Model Architect to shape IT capabilities, processes and operating models, and translate strategy into actionable roadmaps. The ideal candidate is analytically and conceptually strong, and works diplomatically across technical and organisational stakeholders.

What You Will Do
- Develop business architecture solutions and project deliverables that help management make informed choices.
- Define work packages and their interdependencies, and communicate the architecture to project teams to guide delivery.
- Monitor delivery against the agreed strategy and contribute to IT roadmaps and the initiation of selected business ideas.
Must-haves
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
- Ability to develop business architecture solutions, models and roadmaps.
- Ability to collaborate diplomatically with technical and organisational stakeholders.
