Project Manager Infrastructure

What you will do

You will manage multiple business-IT projects in the document management domain, including electronic signature, and establish test management practices for strategic projects. Your work will involve various technologies such as SAP ECC, SAP ISU, Geode, Windev, M365 tools (SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerAutomate) and others.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing files, decisions, risks, contracts, schedules and open actions
• Defining and maintaining scope, PBS/WBS, planning, budget, resources, dependencies, assumptions, risks and issues
• Organising steering committees, preparing decisions and maintaining reliable PSR reporting
• Managing vendors, commitments, SLAs, deliverables and escalations
• Contributing to specifications and tender analysis with procurement, vendor management and technical experts
• Organising pilots, tests, UAT, acceptance criteria, reconciliation, cutover/rollback and production validation
• Leading change management, communication and coordination with impacted users
• Preparing documentation, knowledge transfer and Move2Run handover to operational teams
• Ensuring alignment with GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2 and applicable security policies
• Supporting the harmonisation of project management practices

What we are looking for

You have expert-level experience in IT transformation projects and project management using Agile, Waterfall and Scrum methodologies. You bring advanced knowledge of change management and incident management.

Your technical background includes:

• Expert knowledge of M365/Exchange Online
• Expert knowledge of network infrastructure (WAN, LAN)
• Advanced experience with Entra, Exchange Online, SIEM
• Advanced knowledge of NIS2/CyFun
• Experience with SOC/CSIRT
• ITIL and PRINCE2 knowledge
• Product Owner experience

You have experience writing and validating specifications for public procurement. You are familiar with test management and have worked on projects in organisations classified under essential services regulations.

Certifications in ISO 27001, PRINCE2, Product Owner or Scrum Master are valued.

You are fluent in both French and Dutch, with professional working proficiency in English.

The setting

This assignment runs from November 2026 for 24 months. You will work hybrid, with at least three days per week on-site in Brussels. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 19:00.
