You will join an international finance environment with operations across several European countries. Based in the Brussels region, the accounting team supports multiple entities and works closely with controlling, business finance, and external advisors. English serves as the primary working language.
This Senior Accountant position goes beyond traditional accounting. You will take on a central role in the month-end closing process, bring structure to complex accounting operations, and have the opportunity to drive digitalization, automation, and process improvement initiatives.

- You independently manage the month-end closing process, maintain oversight of the end-to-end accounting cycle, and contribute to the development of an efficient finance organization.
- You lead process improvement initiatives across accounting, reporting, and audit activities, while actively supporting digitalization, automation, and optimization projects.
- You act as a key business partner for colleagues and external stakeholders, analyze financial risks, and support complex matters related to taxation, reporting, and international operations.
