Esko, a Veralto company, Ghent, Belgium, is seeking a commercial counsel to support Esko’s customer-facing SaaS and software licensing deals. Working on a global basis, you will draft, negotiate, manage and oversee a broad range of commercial transactions, including partnership and procurement agreements, NDAs and Data Protection Agreements.
You will provide guidance to business leaders and sales and service employees on contract negotiation and topics including AI best practices and regulation.
