Responsibilities
- Lead and manage BI development and support teams.
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise BI and reporting solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Manage end-to-end BI project delivery and resource planning.
- Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and scorecards.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and reporting standards.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Drive performance optimization of BI applications and databases.
- Mentor team members and conduct technical reviews.
- Manage production support, issue resolution, and release management.
