We are currently looking for an enterprise sales specialist to join one of the fastest growing HRtech players with Belgian roots.
They started off in an office in Brussels 10 years ago with one mission; making flexible rewarding possible for everyone.
Now they are a solid tribe of almost 150 colleagues, based in Brussels with an impressive market share for a local challenger taking on the traditional competitors.
The role?
Their current sales team exists out of 7 account executives with different backgrounds, all taking on clients from 1-1000 FTE's.
At this time we are looking for a senior sales professional who could really develop - both strategically as operationally - their enterprise department.
You will be the right hand of the sales manager and get the freedom and responsibility to really set up your own modus operandi.
In short:
- Networking, prospection & business development focused on enterprise level clients (>1000FTE)
- Setting up campaigns, attending events or using your own network
- Giving demo's, building relationships and being a sparring partner on C-level
- Managing the full sales cycle A-Z
Your profile?
You have a solid background working with enterprise level clients in a HR, Finance or Tech environment.
Furthermore you would be responsible for Belgium as a whole so you have a good understanding of Dutch, French and English.
