We're looking for a senior concept designer to turn user and business needs into digital concepts across web, mobile apps and employee interfaces.

Lead stakeholder ideation to gather requirements and define initial concepts.
Synthesise insights from qualitative and quantitative testing, benchmarking and data analytics.
Structure information architecture and draft low-fidelity wireframes.
Document research, testing and end-to-end user flows in concept reports.
Assess proposed solutions against existing metrics.
Support UX/UI designers as validated concepts move into refinement.

Experience developing ideas independently and facilitating stakeholder ideation.
Ability to balance user needs with business requirements.
Familiarity with Agile methods (Scrum, SAFe, Spotify model).
Mobile First and accessibility mindset.
Analytical thinking and the ability to synthesise findings into clear narratives.
Clear briefing skills, active listening and effective stakeholder management.
Ownership of concepts throughout the product lifecycle.
English, C1, in comprehension, speaking and writing.
French or Dutch, B2 comprehension.
