Freelance Business Analyst / Product Owner – IP Platforms
We are looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner to support the development and modernisation of Patent & Publication platforms.
The Patent platform is moving towards a SaaS solution, requiring integration work with SAP, while the existing Publication platform needs continued improvement and modernisation.
Key responsibilities
- Own the products and work closely with the IP teams
- Gather and translate business requirements, use cases and user needs
- Work in an Agile environment with business, technical teams and external vendors
- Support SaaS implementation and SAP integration
- Understand the technology sufficiently to challenge vendors and proposed solutions
- Manage testing, acceptance and delivery
- Drive improvements and modernisation of the existing Publication platform
Profile
- Strong Business Analyst / Product Owner background
- Good technical understanding, particularly integrations
- Experience with SAP integrations beneficial
- Strong requirements gathering, testing and Agile experience
- Able to challenge vendors and take genuine product ownership
